Crazy Chameleons Slots Play Penny Slot Machines Online

You might be wondering to yourself just what is crazy about chameleons. Do they struggle to find each other or is it because of their love of surfing? Yes you read that correctly and I haven’t been drinking, the chameleons in this slot from Microgaming really do go surfing the waves.

So here we have a subject matter that will probably have Sir David Attenborough racing to the nearest beach with a camera crew. It is a little bit puzzling though because the only time we get a great view of the chameleons on their surfboard is in the paytable. Now looking at the paytable is always really useful because of all the game information it contains but here there’s also those chameleon images to observe. Why aren’t they included in the symbols featured in the game is beyond me.

Cartoon Chameleon Capers
This is a five reel game that isn’t overloaded with paylines as there are just five for you to try and win some prizes on. There isn’t a progressive jackpot available to be won but the top prize is a healthy one, if you can get five of the chameleon (not surfing) on an active payline. Wins are paid from left tor right and it’s entirely up to you how many of the paylines you decide to activate. Playing the game will cost you between €0.25, which is the minimum stake with just one payline active (it’s €1.25 for minimum coin and all the paylines activated) and €25 (a 5 euros stake on all five paylines). That’s not the widest range you’ll find so finding a level you’re comfortable with won’t be a problem.

Symbols in the game are rather cartoonish but no complaints on that from this writer. There’s the chameleon, a purple upright surfboard on a sandy beach and another one that’s yellow but still no sign of any chameleons on them. There’s a smiling sun that has sun glasses on (hardly going to be looking into the sun is it?) and some seagulls plus some beach shorts. No chameleons on surfboards but you do get the ten to Ace playing card symbols. Five of he chameleon symbols on an active payline will pay 5000x your line stake so that could be as much as €25,000 wingig its way to you.

Wave Hello to Wild Winnings
The wild symbol here is a perfect wave that has the word ‘Wild’ written on it. This has the ability to substitute for other symbols in order to complete winning combinations. There’s no scatter in this game so every other symbol can be substituted. The absence of a scatter symbol is a bit uncommon to be honest. Even if there’s no bonus game to be triggered some have a scatter that can pay some decent wins.

Operating the game isn’t going to cause you any headaches at all. The control buttons are down in the bottom of the screen allowing you to set your stake, the number of lines you want to play and whether you want to play the maximum stake.

There are two modes in which you can play ‘Crazy Chameleons.’ Either go for the regular or upgrade at no extra cost to the Expert level. With the higher level you can set an autoplay of either five or ten automated spins or go for the more complicated version. With that you can set lots more automated spins and get the game to stop when reaching a certain level or after a certain size of win.

No Bonus Here
Sadly as well as no set symbol for chameleons on a surfboard, there’s no bonus game either. If its pick ’em games or free spins that get your heart racing that’s going to be a big disappointment.

Final Words
Not the most complicated of games so if you’re looking for something really simple then this is for you. The title of the game isn’t adhered to at all well, just one chameleon surfing the waves would have changed all that. The soundtrack isn’t too bad but if playing for a long time I’d definitely mute it. Not having a bonus game is a bit of a put-off tough, still some decent wins available though so worth a short play.
